If you know me and follow this blog you know that I loveÂ film, gear and design. Â But one thing that has always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember is basketball. Â This weekend I was lucky enough to participate in a very special Nike Basketball 5-week training series. Â Not only did we get to trial the new Kobe 11 (which BTW were ultra comfy and supportive right from the get go) but we were put through many of the training exercises, drills and prep/post work done by elite athletes. Â Directing and leading us on this journey was Coach Carter- Galaxy Training Head Coach, Dr. Marc Bubbs, Strength Coach and Lead Nutritionist of Basketball Canada, and Wellness Chef Andrew.
